Can a Christian work for an employer who is unethical? They can, if they keep their mouths shut. However, eventually, a clash is going to happen and the Christian is going to either willingly or not, move on.
Why?
Because the job grates against the holy spirit. The Christian knows what is going on is wrong. That principle is being broken. And the Christian simply can't ignore it.
And shouldn't.
